Ma’anar ƙamus na lafazin “ƙalla” shine ƙamus ɗin da ya shuɗe kuma ya shuɗe na kalmar aikatau ta “garma”, ma’ana a juye ƙasa da garma don shirya ƙasa don shuka ko shuka. Kalmar “taka” tana kwatanta fili ko wani yanki da aka yi aikin gona, wanda hakan ya sa aka juyar da ƙasa a shirya don shuka ko wasu ayyukan noma. Haka nan za a iya amfani da wannan kalma ta misali wajen siffanta mutumin da ya yi qoqari sosai a cikin wani aiki ko aiki, kamar yadda yake cikin “ya yi huda ta cikin tulin takardun da ke kan teburinsa”.
